Today's workout is a climbing ladder, where you'll continue to increase each movement by 3 until 15 minutes are up. For the swings, use a light/medium weight where you can do most of the reps unbroken. This will help get your heart rate up. For the sit-ups you can place your legs however you'd like: straight, bent, butterfly. This workout has a good mix of dynamic and bodyweight movements so you should be able to move at a nice consistent pace throughout the 15 minutes
