Today's a fun shoulder focused workout that has a mix of pulling variations. There is a Pull-up option if you have a pull-up bar handy, but if you don't then you'll have the option to incorporate some presses, which honestly isn't totally a bad thing! Use weights that will challenge you but where you'll be able to do the rounds mostly unbroken - although that's not a requirement. And lastly...burpees :)
