This week we'll be focusing on single-sided movements. We all talk about alwasy having one side performing "better" than the other, but this week, we're on a mission to balancing it all out. Today's two parter starts with some strength. We've never done Kickstand Squats before, so go as heavy as you're comfortable. You can even opt for no weight if you're able to move better that way.
