We're taking our single-side focus to the floor today. We have a combo of V-ups and Floor Presses, first with alternating singe sides then both sides together. For the Alternating Floor Presses, you have the option of keeping the non pressing arm up and extended or down. Use a weight that's challenging, it doesn't have to be done unbroken.
