We're putting a stamp on our week of single-sided movements. Today's workout will get you working from head to toe. For the Walking Lunges, you'll perform half the reps with one arm elevated - you'll alternate your lunges, then switch to the other arm for the second half of reps. Use the same weight for both the Snatches and Walking Lunges and it should be a medium feeling weight that you can move pretty well.
