Today's workout will be as long or as short as you make it. You will begin with 200m run, then 20 Hang Snatches, then complete as many Sit-ups as you can in one minute. Make sure you count your reps and remember where you stopped because after than minute, you'll start back at the top and continue to tally up your Sit-ups until you reach 100.
