Today's we have two supersets that target arms and legs! We're first workong on max pumpage in the arms with Bicep Curls and Tricep Extentions. For the curls, you can choose your grip: hammer, standard, reverse...etc. For the leg superset, the weights do not have to be the same for both movements.
