We have a good balance of lower and upper body today mixing Curtsy Lunges and Wall Walks. They Curtsy Lunges are PER SIDE and are meant to feel challenging, so use a weight where you'll have to put in some work. The Wall Walks are a manageable number, so focus on performing them with control, If going upside scares you, opt for 5 Inch Worms instead.
