A. I can't believe it's Dec. B. I'm still full from Thanksgiving. Today, we're easing into the week with some lifting. Getting the blood flow back into those muscles! Today's focus is being consistent throughout. You should feel challenged, but still perform the movements with solid form the entire time. There is plenty of rest, so you're able to push yourself just enough before you get to take a break.
