Squats to keep our legs toasty on this Flex Friday. Today, we have a mix of three different squat stances that will give your legs a full fix. The weights will be in the back rack with ideally the same weight for all 3 movements, however if you have to adapt based on your equipment, that's totally fine, go as heavy as you can with what you have and play around with the weight positions if you have to.
