Today's equipment requires a deck of cards! You can also find one virtually, I'm sure! Each suit represents the movement and the number on the card is the number of reps you'll do. Face cards are 10 and ace is 1. If you have a deck with a Joker, there's a move for that, too! This is potentially another long, so we're capping ourselves at 20 minutes if you're not through the deck.

Clubs: Weighted Sit-ups
Spade: Leg Raise w/ Hip Lift
Joker: 20 Turkish Sit-ups, per side
