Hope everyone had a PEACHY new year celebration. We're back and ready to tackle today's leg workout. It's the perfect workout to come back to if you feel like you overindulged a bit for the holidays. We're using that to our advantage to build some strength, so go as heavy as you can with what you have, especially since the reps are not too high and you'll get plenty of rest time.
