We've got a great mix of movements today. We've got something dynamic (Snatches), something static (Front Rack Split Squats), and something gymnastics (Handstand Push-ups). Use a weight that will allow you to perform the movements well. If you don't want or can't do Handstand Push-ups on the wall, you can do them on a box, or a Piked Push-up.
