Today's workout is a 2 part-er with lots of focus on the legs. Use a challenging weight on the Back Squats and Seated Calf Raises. Keep in mind that there's a 3 second pause at the bottom of the squat. Make sure to stay engaged at the bottom, you don't want to relax under the weights. For the second part, you have to option to use a light/medium weight or go all bodyweight.
