Today, we're going to take a stab at one of the CrossFit Open competition workouts. It's a good one as-is, but I'm changing a few movements to make them more at-home friendly. The Burpees still stay though 😁.

3 Single-arm Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerk
30 Walking Lunges
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the Burpees and Hang Clean and Jerk
