Today Spring is Springing and we're working on those jumping muscles. The first part is performed as a complex, which just means once you pick up those weights, you'll do all the movements (both sides) all the way throught. The second part is a little burner intended to get your heart rate up, so try to maintain an uncomfortable pace throughout.
