- Stand & jump weight to shoulders, catching at the bottom of a squat, supporting the weight with elbows underneath.
- Stand up from the bottom of the squat, keeping weight on your shoulders.
- Return foot stance back under hips.

- Standing straight up, weight held on the shoulders with elbows underneath.
