Ya'll know I like spice, but even this one tips the workout scoville scale for me. Use a medium weight on the Squat Clean Thrusters. You have a lot of time, so you don't necessarily have to do these in a huge chunks. At the same time, you want to reserve at least minutes for the AMRAP portion.
