- Stand with feet in wide, sumo stance, outside of the shoulders, with feet slightly toed out.
- Hold one object/weight between both hands at chest level, elbows underneath.

- Sit back and down, preferably below parallel, keeping elbows underneath the object.
- Then, stand.

- Standing fully with knees, hips, and shoulders in a straight line, holding the weight at your chest.
