During your working sets, your goal is to move FAST. Go as unbroken and as hard as you can to get your heart rate up. The rest is meant for you to recover fully so that you can match your effort from the first round. AKA make it hurt.

Mountain Climbers: Don't touch the opposite elbow, but rotate as far over as possible.

Get Ready

✅ Weight option for sumo deadlift. Should be something that's challenge, but still something you can move relatively fast.

✅ Weight option for bent over row. Should be a moderate weight that's still challenging, but where you can still fast.

✅ Weight option for dummbell hang snatch. Something that is moderate weight where you will regret your decisions towards the later rounds.

⏱ Make sure to time out the 4 minute and 6 minute AMRAP and rest, of course! Record your total time of the entire workout
