Options: perform Facing Jump-overs (your weight).

Equipment: box, chair, stool, stairs or your workout weight.
Supinated Bent Over Rows
💪 option to perform 10-15 reps.
🤰perform 16 Single-arm Supinated Bent Rows, total, 8 per side.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack, bottles of water.
Single-leg Deadlifts
Options: only go down to the knee level.
💪 perform 6-8 reps.
🤰perform Staggered-stance Deadlifts.
