Farmer’s Carry/Hold
Options: perform with one weight, holding it at one side switching at the 15-sec. mark.
Equipment: two weights like dumbbells, kettlebells, bottles of water.
Rear-foot Elevated Deadlifts
Options: perform with one weight in each hand or a single weight in one hand.
💪/🤰 option to perform Staggered-stance Deadlifts.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlebell(s), backpack.
Toe Taps
Options: tap toes onto a higher object or on the ground.
💪/🤰 perform 20-reps each side.
