Pretty straight forward today. One time through with movements we're pretty familiar with. Pick a weight on the snatches that will make you work, but should not feel impossible. Prioritize jumping over stepping for the Box Jumps, adjusting the height or replacing with a jump over the weight if you have to. Remeber, brownie points if you do the workout barefoot! (Mmmm brownies...)
