Coach's Notes
Today's workout has a good mix of jumping, core, and shoulder stability. The Knees-to-Elbows can be done on the floor OR if you have a pull-up bar handy, you can do them hanging (good luck with that). The 20 yard walk dosn't have to be exact and if you're inside, you can go simply hold for 30-45 seconds.
