We have another work/rest combo for you this week. You're going to try your best to keep the movements as unbroken and as fast as possible. A minute and a half is a good amount of rest so don't be shy about the speed. Use a weight for the Snatches where you can do unbroken and still feel like you have to work for it - it shouldn't be a walk in the park by any means. Or maybe a walk in a haunted scary park in the middle of the night.
