The last of our celebrity/movie-inspired workouts this week! Today, we're getting buff(?) like Ryan Reynolds and doing some of his workouts from his training for the role in Deadpool. Feel free to use expletives today, since Deadpool is the only R-rated hero movie (in the MCU).
