Honoring our Veteran's today and making this week all about heroes...which means it's a full week of hero wods! Now, hero WODS are not your ordinary workouts are are meant to test you, so a full week of hero workouts is very ambitious. We're throwing caution to the wind here, so please remember to scale and modify where you need to.
Today's workout is 11 rounds of all of our favorite things (she said sarcastically). 11 rounds is a lot so we're capping it at 25 minutes so just get as far as you can! Use weights on the Thrusters that you can do the 11 Thrusters mostly unbroken.
A little history about this workout:
This workout was the Remembrance Day WOD designed by CrossFit Invictus (San Diego, CA, USA) to recognize the Veterans through The Honor Foundation. The foundation provides U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF) with any knowledge and experiences they need to navigate transitions throughout their career.
