We're getting our pump on today! Our first part focuses on our chest and upper body. If you don't have a bench, a large medicine ball will be a great option and if you don't have that then, Floor Presses are just as great! For the second part, you don't have to use the same weight for both movements, but it should be something where you feel resistance on the movements. If you have multiple weight options, you can increase as you go as well.
