We're starting our day with a good chest pump with some Bench/Floor Presses mixed in with a fun push-up variation that targets each side a little differently. Go as heavy as you can on the Bench/Floor Presses and increase as you go if you can. For the second part, you're crawling your way through Hump Day! Pick weights where you can move well and can keep a fast-ish pace for 10 mintues.
