We're getting crazy today with a wacky trio of movements. Be mindful of the repscheme because it decreases as you go...then goes back up again! For the Cyclist Squats use a medium-ish holding in the front rack position. You don't have to use the same weight for the Plank Drags, but it should also be medium-ish, something doable but challenging. Reps do not have to be unbroken.
