- Stand with feet shoulder width.
- One weight in both hands, held at chest level, elbows underneath the object.

- Sit back and down, preferably below parallel, weight remains on the shoulders.
- Then, stand.

- Standing fully with knees, hips, and shoulders in a straight line, holding the weight at your chest.
