Double-unders/Single-unders
Choose an option that you normally wouldn't choose. Make it challenging and cap yourself at 4-minutes if you're not finished.

If you have the option, pick something that is 12 inches or higher. Something that feels doable.

Hang Power Snatches
Pick a weight you can do at least 10 on one side unbroken, but still feel some resistance. It should be difficult on the lungs but doable in terms of weight.
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell, kettlbell, water bottles
Power Cleans
Pick a weight you can do at least 10 unbroken, but still feel some resistance. It should be difficult on the lungs but doable in terms of weight.
Options: Hang Power Cleans → Single-arm Hang Power Cleans, total
Equipment: barbell, dumbbell(s), kettlbell(s), backpack, water bottles(s)
Box Jumps
Use the same Lateral Step-up option.
