Star Side Plank
Should be medium difficulty - something you can do all reps without stopping but gets challenging the last few.
Options: adjust to 6-8 reps → perform on the knees.
💪/🤰 perform Side Plank Hip Lifts.
Side Plank Crunches
Should be easy enough to move the entire time without stopping.
Options: perform on hands or elbows → perform on toes or knees.
💪/🤰 perform Side Plank Hold, floor or elevated.
Push-up + Arms-only Rotational Plank
Should be doable to do all 10 in a row, but burns for the last few!
Options: adjust to 6-8 reps.
💪/🤰 perform both movements elevated.
🔥 perform 12-16 reps.
