This week we're baring it all! And by all, I mean just our feet. This week's challenge is to workout barefoot. Don't worry, there's no running this week. But this is a nice added challenge to wake up all those tiny muscles in our feet that sometimes get forgotten due to our shoes and socks. Keeping your feet nimble is beneficial for balance, injury prevention, and so much more. It's going to be great this week to spend some time giving our feet some extra attention.
