We have a yummy week in store! Inspired by our sandwich talk last week, our workouts this week will all be in some sort of sandwich format, which basically includes "buy-in" and "buy-out" (the bread) and some meaty goodness in the center.  

Today's workout includes Push-ups for our ""bread"" and 5 rounds of Bench or Floor Presses, Sit-ups and Box Jumps. The Push-ups do not have to be unbroken, but choose an option where you can do at least 5-6 unbroken. It should be feel challenging, but not impossible.
