Ride or Tris today in our chest and arm focused workout. You'll start with 50 Speed Skaters (total) then go immediately into 3 rounds of 8 Floor Presses and 8 Skull Crushers. You'll complete the WHOLE thing again 4 times. If you have a bench or something to elevate your upper body then you can do Bench Presses and Skull Crushers on the bench. If not, the floor works just as well!
