Today's cold-hearted workout kicks off our winter themed week. Your goal is to get as many rounds as possible, using a medium/heavy weight on the Snatches and heavy weight on the Bent Over Rows. If you have a Pull-up bar and have Pull-ups or any variation in your arsenal then go for that instead. The Lateral Jumps are there to get your hear rate up making the other things a little more challenging!
