Today's workout is an interval-style workout that mixes weighted holds that challenge your strength endurance and bodyweight movements to get that heart rate up.  Choose something heavy for the Farmer's Carry. If you don't have heavy weight, put those reusable grocery bags to work and add some heavy items in there. It doesn't have to be the same weight on each side, it should just feel heavy and challenge your grip. For the Farmer's Carry hold, you'll just hold it for as long as you can in one set, once you set it down, you can move on and start your 1 min intervals.
