It's officially been 4 years of Gymparty (a little longer if you were with me for Blue J.)! We're celebrating the only way we know how - with workouts...and FUN of course! Because we're big fans of alliteration around here (we all remember Bilbo Baggins Birthday Burpees), each day this week is dedicated to P-A-R-T-Y!
Today's workout brought to you by the letter "P"
Your goal today is to accumulate an 10-min plank in as few sets as possible. If a regular plank is very easy for you, pick another plank option that challenges you so that you're not done one or two sets. Every time you rest or drop, you'll perform Push-ups and Pistols. Those reps will also increase each time as well. Enjoy!
Accumulate 10-min. of:
Plank Hold
Every time you drop, perform:
Push-ups
Pistols
*Start with 4 Push-ups and Pistols (total), then increase reps by 2 each time.
