Similiar to yesterday's workout, we have a mix of bodyweight and weighted movements. For the Sumo Deadlifts, you'll lift up the weight then lower the weight down slowly and with control. It should take 6 seconds to get to the bottom position. Use a weight that will challenge you, but keep in mind the 6-count will catch up with you. For the Russian Twists, you can perform with or without weight, up to you!
